Born on November 16, 1942, in Laredo,Texas. Oscar was a beacon of wisdom and kindness whose presence enriched the lives of many.
Oscar was the beloved son of Maria Luisa Palacios and Luis De Luna, who no doubt instilled in him the values of intelligence, compassion, and independence that defined his life. His educational journey was marked by a thirst for knowledge, which saw him earning a high school diploma, a college degree, and later specializing in aircraft mechanics during his commendable service in the United States Air Force. His time in the military not only honed his technical skills but also fostered a lifelong appreciation for discipline and camaraderie.
Family was the cornerstone of Oscar's existence. He is survived by his loving daughter, Delia Molina, and his devoted sons, Daniel De Luna and David De Luna. The legacy of love and integrity he leaves behind is vividly reflected in his 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, who will carry forward his spirit of generosity and warmth.
Oscar was a man of many interests, but nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his family and friends.
