Oluyemisi's career was marked by her dedication to public service, beginning as a clerical aid at Kings County Hospital from 1997 to 2000. She then served with distinction at the New York City Board of Education and the New York State Office of People with Developmental Disabilities, where her compassion and commitment touched countless lives.
Oluyemisi's life was a testament to her deep faith and love for God. She was a devoted worshipper, attending church services with unwavering dedication. Her weekends were often spent shopping and enjoying the simple pleasures that life had to offer. She embodied the virtues of honor, humility, and kindness, and was known for her quiet strength and boundless generosity.
