Ohaiji G

Ohaiji G, born on February 28, 1971, in the vibrant city of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2026, surrounded by the love of his cherished family. His departure was due to complications arising from multiple infections, and his loss is deeply felt by all who knew him. Ohaiji was a beloved son to his late parents, Sarah Suzie Griffin and her devoted partner. He was also a caring brother to the late Travorris Griffin. His spirit now lives on in the hearts of his surviving siblings: Melvia Griffin, Michaelonz Griffin, Travorris Griffin, and Boo Griffin. Ohaiji was a treasured uncle to Cierra Griffin, Deyon Griffin, and Shatanda Griffin, and a great-uncle to Zaniyah Jones, Tia Griffin, and Dresden Jones. A proud graduate of Tri Cities High School, Ohaiji was well known for his infectious laughter and his passion for football. He had an extraordinary ability to light up any room with his smile and was always dedicated to bringing joy to others. A memorial service to honor Ohaiji's life will be held on September 5, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Church. It will be a time for family, friends, and loved ones to come together and celebrate the life of a man who brought so much happiness and laughter into the world. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Church and to everyone who donated and showed their support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Ohaiji G can be made to a charity of your choice. Ohaiji's legacy of laughter, love, and warmth will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace, knowing that he brought so much joy to so many lives.
