His life was a testament to generosity, faith, and dedication, leaving a legacy of kindness and integrity that will be cherished by all who knew him. Norris's early years were filled with the vibrant culture and rich traditions of New Orleans, where he formed the foundation of the values that would guide him throughout his life. In 1965, he married the love of his life, Lee Ann Fradella, with whom he shared a beautiful journey of love and companionship until her passing. Together, they raised two wonderful daughters, Jennifer Bialas and Suzanne Kobitz, who, with their husbands Michael and George, continued the legacy of love and strength that Norris and Lee Ann instilled in them. A proud servant of his country, Norris served in the Army National Guard, where he developed a strong sense of duty and camaraderie. His professional career as a Safety and Health Manager at Monsanto further exemplified his commitment to the well-being of others, as he tirelessly worked to ensure a safe environment for his colleagues. His faith was a guiding light in his life, inspiring those around him with his unwavering belief in the goodness of humanity. Norris was also a man of varied interests. He had a talent for woodworking, creating pieces that captured his attention to detail and love for craftsmanship. His friendly competitive spirit shone through in his love for card games, where laughter and camaraderie were always present. Norris was an avid supporter of the New Orleans Saints and the St. Louis Cardinals, teams that brought him joy and a sense of community. His grandchildren, Finnian, Aiden, William, Harrison, and Caroline, were the light of his life. He was a devoted grandfather, always present with a listening ear, a warm hug, and a gentle word of encouragement. Norris's legacy lives on through them, as they carry forward the values and love he shared so freely.
