Born on May 19, 1941, in Jacksonville, Florida, Norman was a beacon of kindness and strength to all who knew him. He was the beloved son of Robert and Edna Willis, who preceded him in death. Norman's life was defined by his unwavering devotion to his family and his community. He was a man of integrity and wisdom, whose gentle spirit touched the lives of many. His life was a testament to hard work, love, and resilience. He was a guiding light to his family, always offering a listening ear, wise counsel, and a heart full of love. He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Joyce Willis, and their cherished children: his son, Kenny Willis, and daughters, Bonnie Ford, Joy Reed, and Kelly Willis. Norman took immense pride in his role as a grandfather to five wonderful grandchildren and as a great-grandfather to seven beautiful great-grandchildren. His legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to inspire the generations that follow. Norman's life was a tapestry of cherished memories, woven with threads of laughter, love, and shared experiences. He found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from spending time with his family to enjoying the beauty of nature. His laughter was contagious, his kindness boundless, and his love unconditional. A service to honor and celebrate Norman's life will be held on May 27, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Arlington Park Funeral Home, located at 6920 Lone Star Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. Friends and family are invited to gather to remember a man whose life was a blessing to all who knew him.
