In Loving Memory

Noah Oliver Smith
February 26, 2000 — February 24, 2023
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Noah Oliver Smith, a cherished son, beloved brother, and inspirational artist, who left this world far too soon on February 24, 2023, just two days shy of his 23rd birthday. Born on February 26, 2000, in the vibrant city of Irvine, California, Noah's life, though brief, was filled with the energy and creativity of someone beyond his years.
Noah was the treasured son of Joshua and Laura Smith who raised him in a home filled with love and encouragement. From a young age, Noah demonstrated a remarkable talent for music, a passion that he pursued with vigor and dedication throughout his life. He was educated at Lakeridge High School, where he graduated in 2018, leaving behind a legacy of creativity and inspiration for his classmates and teachers.
In the few short years of his burgeoning career, Noah carved out a distinctive place in the music world as a rapper, singer, performer, and artist. His contributions to the industry were not only defined by his exceptional musical talent but also by his inventive spirit. He was a true wordsmith, coining terms such as "shmunk," "twizz," and "kranky," which have since transcended into common parlance, finding their way into dictionaries and educational curriculums worldwide.
Noah's life was a tapestry of vibrant interests and pursuits. He was passionate about his music, deeply devoted to his "twizzies," and possessed a love for life that was as infectious as it was unique. His interests extended beyond his art, including a fascination with big body "tonkas," a penchant for honeybuns, and a dedication to his close-knit circle of friends and fans whom he affectionately referred to as his family.
Described by those who knew him as a creative and caring soul, Noah was a person who embraced his individuality. He was known for his distinctive style, often seen wearing backwards caps, beanies, and turbans. Many who met him believed he was not fully human, but part alien, a testament to the extraordinary essence of his character and the perceptible aura of uniqueness that surrounded him.
Tragically, Noah's life was cut short due to an accidental overdose of Percocet and cough syrup. This heartbreaking loss leaves a void in the lives of his family, friends, and fans, who will forever cherish the memories of his laughter, his music, and the warmth he brought into their lives.
Noah is survived by his devoted parents, Joshua and Laura Smith, and countless friends and fans who were touched by his life. In honor of his memory, a private funeral ceremony will be held, allowing family and close friends to celebrate Noah's life in an intimate setting.
In a special message from his family: "All of my fans is really my family, I told 'em, my twizzy, my dawg." These words echo the sentiment of Noah's life; a life defined by love, creativity, and an unyielding bond with those who supported him throughout his journey.
Though Noah's time with us was brief, his impact was profound. His spirit will continue to inspire, his music will live on, and his legacy will endure in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. Rest in peace, dear Noah. You will be missed but never forgotten.
