Nidia was the cherished daughter of Esteban Cabrera, who instilled in her the values of kindness and resilience that she carried throughout her life. Her journey was one filled with the joy of family, the love of community, and the beauty of a life well-lived. A devoted mother, Nidia's nurturing spirit and unwavering support were a constant source of strength to her family. Her legacy is lovingly carried on by her children and her six grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Nidia’s home was always open, her table always welcoming, and her heart always full of unconditional love. Throughout her life, Nidia was known for her generous spirit and her ability to see the good in everyone. Her laughter was infectious, her wisdom profound, and her compassion boundless. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness and a community enriched by her presence. Family, friends, and those whose lives were touched by Nidia are invited to celebrate her life at a service on July 25, 2026, at Funeraria Carrasco in Puerto Rico. It will be a time to come together, share stories, and remember the beautiful soul who graced our lives with her love.
