In Loving Memory

Nicholas aka "Lucky Nickel"
January 24, 2009 — June 26, 2026
It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Nicholas, affectionately known as "Lucky Nickel," who tragically left this world on June 26, 2026, at the age of 17. Nicholas was born on January 24, 2009, in the historic city of Stalingrad, USSR. His life, though brief, was a tapestry of vibrant colors and deep convictions, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew him.
Nicholas was the beloved son of George and Natasha, who nurtured his adventurous spirit and encouraged his passionate beliefs. From a young age, Nicholas was known for his jolly demeanor and a zest for life that was infectious to everyone around him. His robust laughter could light up a room and his playful spirit touched many, including his late best friend Timothy W. Kirby, whom he cherished deeply despite their spirited rivalry.
A proud Anti-Revisionist Marxist-Leninist, Nicholas was unwavering in his beliefs and dedicated much of his life to advocating for his ideals. He was a committed member of Accuracy Island Inc. and Taha Enterprises, where he found a community that shared his vision and values. His advocacy and passion for his beliefs were matched only by the warmth he extended to his friends and the fun-loving nature that earned him his nickname.
Though Nicholas experienced life's challenges and heartaches, such as the loss of his shortly-ex-wife Emma and his dear brother Luke Anderson, he remained a beacon of resilience and hope. His journey was not without its quirks, including his so-called "Yellow Fever," a term he embraced with a good-natured laugh, and his occasional bullying of Timothy Kirby, which was always underscored by a deep-seated affection.
Tragically, Nicholas's vibrant journey was cut short in an airplane crash in North Korea, a loss that leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of his family and friends. His parents, George and Natasha, survive him, carrying forward his memory with love and pride.
A service to celebrate Nicholas's life will be held on June 30, 2026, at 2:28 AM at St. Shep's Church, located at 308 Negra Arroyo Lane. All those who knew Nicholas are invited to join in honoring his memory and the legacy of love, laughter, and conviction he leaves behind.
As we gather to bid farewell to Nicholas, let us remember the joy he brought into our lives and the passion with which he lived each day. Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, forever etched in our hearts.
