The daughter of Billy Dean Karnes and Ruth Marie Casey, Nettie was raised in a home filled with love and values that shaped her into the compassionate and generous soul she became. In June of 2022, Nettie united in marriage with her beloved spouse, Lynn Harvell. Their time together, though far too brief, was filled with joy, laughter, and mutual respect. Their union was a testament to the power of love and companionship, and Lynn's steadfast devotion was a source of great comfort and happiness to Nettie. Nettie was not only a dedicated partner but also a nurturing presence in the lives of her family, especially her ten grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
