Natalie was the beloved daughter of Mary Williams and Jonathan Spates. She grew up in Brooklyn, where her adventurous spirit and genuine compassion for others first took root. Known for her nurturing nature and infectious smile, Natalie had a remarkable ability to make everyone she encountered feel special and heard. Although Natalie had no children of her own, she was a cherished and devoted sister to Lin Mitchell, Audrea Mitchell, and Ebony Williams. She took immense pride and joy in being a loving aunt to their children, offering wisdom, warmth, and unwavering support. Natalie's sisters and nieces and nephews will forever remember her as the guiding light of their family, a constant source of strength and inspiration. Natalie's life was a testament to resilience and grace. Even as she faced the challenges of her illness, she remained steadfast in her positivity and determination, leaving behind a legacy of courage and hope. Her unwavering faith and gentle heart touched all who had the privilege of knowing her, drawing people together in love and unity. A celebration of Natalie's life will take place on May 16, 2026, at 12:01 PM at the Brooklyn Funeral Home, located at 2380 Pacific Street. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Natalie are invited to gather and honor the remarkable woman she was.
