With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Natalie King Cole, a beloved wife, daughter, sister, and friend, who left us on April 13, 2026, just one day shy of her 38th birthday. Born in the vibrant city of Miami on April 14, 1988, Natalie was a beacon of light to those fortunate enough to know her. Her life, though brief, was filled with love, laughter, and an indomitable spirit that touched everyone she encountered. Natalie was the cherished daughter of Jerry and Natasha King, who nurtured her with love and guided her with wisdom. She was predeceased by her dear sister, Sarah King, whose memory Natalie held close to her heart throughout her life. Natalie leaves behind her beloved sister, Jessica King, with whom she shared countless cherished memories. Natalie's educational journey led her to Florida A&M, where she earned a degree that would lay the foundation for her successful career at Macy's. In her professional life, Natalie was known for her dedication, her warm smile, and her unwavering kindness, making a lasting impact on her colleagues and those she served. A woman of many talents and interests, Natalie was an active member of Beta Phi Sigma and the Leaders Council, where she forged lifelong friendships and inspired others with her leadership and vision. Her love for softball saw her participating enthusiastically in the local league, where she was admired for her competitive spirit and camaraderie. Natalie also found solace and expression in painting and playing the piano, passions that brought her joy and allowed her to share her creativity with those around her. On June 14, 2006, Natalie married the love of her life, and together they built a home filled with warmth and love. Although Natalie and her husband did not have children, her generous heart and nurturing spirit extended to her family and friends, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her. Despite her illness, as she bravely battled Parkinson’s, Natalie's spirit remained unyielding. Her generosity touched countless lives, and her legacy of kindness and compassion will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. A celebration of Natalie's life will be held on April 25, 2026, at 7:01 AM at Marty’s Vineyard, located at 727 NW 3rd Ave. Family, friends, and all whose lives were brightened by Natalie's presence are invited to join in honoring her remarkable life. Though she has left this world, Natalie King Cole's legacy of love, kindness, and strength will forever be etched in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.
