Narda Jane Moreno
July 30, 1968 — April 16, 2026
It is with profound sadness and deep love that we announce the passing of Narda Jane Moreno, who left this world on April 16, 2026, at the age of 57, after a courageous battle with illness. Narda was born on July 30, 1968, in San Jose, California, to her devoted parents, Manuel and Jane Moreno. Her father's passing preceded her own, but the spirit and values he instilled in her lived on through Narda's loving nature and enduring strength.
Narda's life was a tapestry of love, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family. She leaves behind her beloved partner of 11 years, Michael Osterberg, who stood by her side through life's many seasons. Together, they built a life rich in love and shared dreams.
She was the cherished daughter of Jane Moreno, who provided Narda with an unwavering foundation of support and love. Narda was also the proud mother of four wonderful children, each of whom carries forward her legacy of kindness and compassion: Kristy Meservy and her husband Levi, Carolyn Farley, Haley Roach, and Daniel Roach and his wife Kalina.
Narda's heart was further expanded with the arrival of her five precious grandchildren, Lexi Meservy, Alivia Mitchell, Natasha Mitchell, Hunter Mitchell, and Riley Meservy. Each grandchild brought immense joy to her life, and she treasured every moment she spent with them, sharing stories, laughter, and her warm embrace.
Narda's life was also enriched by her three brothers, Armand Moreno and his wife Jonell, Aaron Moreno and his wife Rebecca, and Timothy Moreno. Together, they shared a lifetime of memories, laughter, and the unbreakable bond of siblings.
Narda was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Her warmth, generosity, and steadfast spirit touched the lives of many. She was known for her infectious smile, her gentle kindness, and her ability to make everyone feel welcome and loved. Her presence was a gift, and her impact on those around her is immeasurable.
A service to celebrate Narda's beautiful life will be held on April 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Tracy. Family, friends, and all whose lives she touched are invited to join us in honoring the remarkable woman she was and the legacy she leaves behind.
Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in the memories we shared with Narda and the love she gave so freely. Her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us, and her memory will forever be a cherished part of our lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charitable organization of your choice, in Narda's honor, to continue her legacy of helping others and spreading kindness.
Rest in peace, dear Narda. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
