Naomi's academic journey began at Florida Atlantic University, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in 2004. Driven by a passion for education and an innate desire to uplift young minds, she pursued a Master's degree in Reading, further equipping herself to make a profound impact in the field of education. For two decades, Naomi dedicated her life to teaching high school students in Palm Beach County, where her classroom was a sanctuary of learning and encouragement. Her students often described her as a beacon of positivity, someone who saw their potential and inspired them to reach for the stars.
Beyond her professional achievements, Naomi was a vibrant soul who embraced life with open arms. She had a love for dancing and drawing, finding joy in the rhythms of music and the strokes of a pencil. Her laughter was infectious, and her presence could light up any room. Above all, Naomi's heart was devoted to children; she believed in their boundless potential and worked tirelessly to ensure their futures were bright and full of promise.
Naomi's departure leaves a void in the hearts of her surviving family members, including her beloved mother, Felicita Lazarre, her dear sibling, Emmeline Lazarre, and her cherished nephews and niece, Michael Joseph, Javon Joseph, Elijah Joseph, Isaac Mesidor, and Isabella Chery. While they mourn her passing, they find solace in the memories they shared and the love that will forever bind them.
A service to honor and celebrate Naomi's life will be held on March 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Emmanuel Funeral Home, located at 110 S Dixie Hwy, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460. Family and friends are invited to gather to remember Naomi's remarkable life, share stories of joy and laughter, and find comfort in one another.
In a heartfelt message, Naomi's family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to all who have surrounded them with love and support during this difficult time. "I want to say thank you to all the family and friends who have shown Naomi so much love, even in afterlife. If she can see, I know she is amazed at the magnitude of love that has been poured out for her."
