In Loving Memory

Nancy England
October 9, 1954 — August 24, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy England, who left this world on August 24, 2026, at the age of 71. Born on October 9, 1954, in the charming town of Winchester, Kentucky, Nancy was a fierce pillar of strength and fortitude while being the beacon of love and warmth to all who knew her.
She shared her life with her devoted husband, Philip Herrmann, with whom she was blessed to spend over 21 of her best years filled with joy and companionship. Nancy was a proud and loving mother to her sons, William and Joseph, and a cherished sister to all of her siblings. Her legacy lives on through her five beautiful grandchildren, who were her pride and joy.
Nancy was a woman of fierce passion and deep empathy, a double-edged sword that she intimidatingly wielded with an immeasurable strength. Her light was evident in every aspect of her life, and she was the person you wanted by your side on your worst day.
A lover of life's simple pleasures, Nancy found immense joy in spending time with her family. She enjoyed fishing, casting her line with patience and hope. Her nimble fingers crafted countless treasures as she crocheted, each piece a testament to her love for those she held dear. The timeless notes of classic rock n roll often filled her home, a soundtrack to a life well-lived.
In accordance with her wishes and honoring her family's privacy, a private ceremony will be held.
Although she has journeyed beyond, Nancy's spirit remains entwined with those she loved and guides them every day.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to a charity of your choice, celebrating her life and the causes she held close to her heart. Or, she'd appreciate it if you punch a nazi or two.
Her absence leaves a void, but her memory will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. "I am stardust. I am golden" — a reflection of the light and love she brought into this world.
