With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved matriarch, known affectionately as "Marie Etienne Jules," who departed this world peacefully on April 17, 2026. Born in the vibrant land of Haiti on March 20, 1945, she graced us with 81 years of wisdom, love, and unwavering strength. Her journey came to a close in the gentle care of the hospital, surrounded by the deep love she so freely gave throughout her Predeceased by her beloved family members, Vladimir Saintlouis, Junior Saintlouis, Patrice Joseph Saintlouis, Marie Jules, Chickel Saintlouis, Edward Jules, Pierre Jules, Ethan Saintlouis, James Pierre Jules, Ancy Jules, and Marimode Jules, her spirit remains intertwined with those who have walked before her, a testament to the strength of familial bonds that transcend time. A devoted mother, she was blessed with eight children who were her pride and joy. Her legacy continues through her surviving family members, Steven Jules, Marie Jules, and Eve Jules, who embody her teachings and cherish the memories she created with them. Her love extended to her 16 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, each of whom carries a piece of her indomitable spirit. Throughout her life, she fostered a deep sense of community and connection, a quality that was evident in the compassion she showed to others. Her home was always open, a sanctuary of warmth and kindness, where stories were shared, and laughter resonated. In celebration of her remarkable life, a service will be held on April 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM at St. Bernadette church , located at Martissant 2, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. This gathering will honor her life and the love she spread so generously. As we bid farewell to the woman who shaped our lives with her grace and resilience, we find solace in the legacy she leaves behind—a legacy of love, strength, and an unyielding spirit that will continue to guide us. Her life was a testament to the beauty of kindness and the power of family, and she will forever remain in our hearts. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory continue to inspire us all.
