His great-grandchildren, Stephanie Barton and Ethan Payne, will forever hold dear the warmth of his gentle laughter and the twinkle in his eye. A dedicated employee of Alpha Electric Company, he retired after years of diligent service, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and integrity. Alongside his wife, Mitzi, they were devoted members of the SGI church, where they dedicated their lives to their faith and community. His life was filled with simple joys and passions, as he was an avid tennis player, a skilled spear fisherman , and a lover of playing cribbage. His witty sense of humor and infectious laughter endeared him to all who knew him. His love for his family and friends was evident in every jest, every tale, and every warm embrace. To honor his extraordinary life, an interment will be held at the Makawao Veterans Cemetery, a fitting tribute to a man who lived with honor, love, and laughter.
