In Loving Memory

Morris George Wallace
January 31, 1964 — July 4, 2026
Morris George Wallace was born January 31,1964 in Kingston, Jamaica. He was the 7th Child of Simeon and Marion Wallace.
Morris started the early years at the St. Aloysius Boys school, then attended Kingston College where he majored in accounting in the General Certificate of Education (GCE).
He landed his first job at the University Hospital of the West Indies in the
Accounting Department. He subsequently moved to Canada where he attended College to pursue his Accounting Degree. He then moved to the United States where he worked at number of firms in the field of accounting.
Morris was more than just a brother; he was a guiding light, a loyal friend, and irreplaceable presence in our lives. His charm and infectious smile could light up any room and his kindness touched everyone he met.
Growing up with Morris was a treat…. for him. He had five older sisters that would spoil him as the youngest child.
Morris was family-oriented and was the person who would seek out a long-lost brother, sister, cousin or friend. It was through his diligence and persistence that we were connected to our eldest sister Dyra.
He was the quite the Chef, a trait of many Wallace men. He was missed one Thanksgiving. We were lost on who would cook the turkey.
Whether a helping hand, his passion and dedication to his work or just his bright personality, he left mark on us all.
Though Morris’s time with us was cut short, the impact he made will last forever. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and the memories we hold dear. We will miss him terribly but are grateful for the time we had.
Morris is survived by his partner, Monica Rodriguiz, 5 children - Jemaine.
Leticia, Cleon, Michelle & Maurice.
6 Sisters: Dyra, Angela, Sonia, June, Delores, Elaine; 1 Brother: Barrington; grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
We will cherish the memory of a fun-loving brother and friend gone but not forgotten. Rest in Peace.
