With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Mom Martin, who left us suddenly on June 9, 2026, at the age of 72. Her gentle soul departed this world at home, surrounded by the love that she so generously shared throughout her life. Born on March 3, 1954, in Sidney, Montana, Mom was the cherished daughter of Reinhold and Emma Imhoff. She grew up in a home filled with the warmth and values that she carried forward into her own family. She was predeceased by her loving parents, her brothers Ray, Vernon, and Delbert, her sister JoAnn, and her dear daughters Sherri and Jasmine Martin, whose memories she carried lovingly in her heart. Mom was a devoted wife to her husband Bruce Martin, with whom she shared 51 beautiful years of marriage. Their journey together began on November 23, 1974, in Hebron, and was marked by a deep and abiding love, laughter, and the raising of five adored daughters: Jessica (Randy) Duppong, Juanita (Jeff Volk, fiancé) Martin, Coty Nelson, Shaunda (Allen) Nadvornick, and Crystal (Brandon) Bellerud. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she was the proud grandmother of Tayler (Austin) Cariveau, Chelsey (Chase) Remboldt, Layne (Madison Rivinius, fiancé) Duppong, Madisyn Duppong, Tionna Harrington, LaShana Nadvornick, and Raven Schiley. She was also blessed with four great-grandchildren, each of whom she cherished deeply. Mom had a passion for the simple joys of life. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and laughter. Whether she was working on a crossword puzzle, engrossed in a good book, or creating beautiful cross-stitch pieces, her presence brought warmth and comfort to those around her. Her family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at a service to be held on June 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church. It will be a time to remember the love, kindness, and joy she brought into our lives. Mom Martin leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and unwavering devotion. Her life was a testament to the power of family and the enduring bonds of love. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered by all who were privileged to know her. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her memory by spending time with your loved ones, sharing stories, and enjoying the simple pleasures that life has to offer, just as she did so beautifully.
