Mohau Vicent Tsekinyane

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mohau Vicent Tsekinyane, who left us on June 8, 2026, just shy of his 44th birthday. Born on June 16, 1982, in the beautiful land of Lesotho, Mohau's life was a tapestry of love, determination, and an indomitable spirit. Mohau was a beloved son to the late Mr. Mohau Ts’epo and Mrs. Mamolua Mohau, who welcomed him as the fourth child and third son into their family. Raised with love and guided by strong values, Mohau carried forward the legacy of his parents, who preceded him in death, by living a life marked by integrity and kindness. His educational journey began at Khohlo Nts’o Primary School, where he distinguished himself by graduating with first-class honors. His academic excellence continued at Manhatten High School, where he excelled in his Junior Certificate exams. These achievements were a testament to his dedication and intellectual curiosity. An entrepreneur at heart, Mohau embarked on a career that saw him nurturing various small businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit was not just about business success, but about creating opportunities and uplifting those around him. His ventures were a source of inspiration for many in his community, and his work ethic was unmatched. Mohau’s greatest pride and joy was his role as a father. He was a caring and devoted dad to his beloved daughter, who survives him. Through his love and guidance, Mohau ensured that his daughter knew the depth of his affection and the values he held dear. Though he battled illness for an extended period, Mohau faced each day with courage and perseverance. His strength and resilience were an inspiration to all who knew him. His passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who loved him, but his memory will forever be cherished. Family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched are invited to celebrate Mohau's life on July 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The service will be held at his home in Khohlo Nts’o, Linkoaneng. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, in honor of Mohau's generous spirit. As we say our final goodbyes, we hold onto the special message from his family: "Rest in peace, Mofokeng. We will always remember you."
