Modeste left this world on May 4, 2026, at the age of 58, following a sudden heart attack. He was surrounded by his loving family and the comforting presence of the divine spirit he so deeply cherished.
Born on September 15, 1967, in the vibrant and resilient Democratic Republic of Congo, Modeste was a beacon of wisdom and love. His journey took him from the heart of Africa to China for his education, and eventually to the United States, where he sought to provide a promising future for his family. Modeste's life was a testament to his unwavering determination and his profound love for those dear to him.
In 2000, Modeste married the love of his life, Jocelyne. Together, they built a home filled with laughter, love, and the joy of raising two wonderful sons, Emmanuel and Daniel. Theirs was a partnership that spanned over 25 beautiful years, rooted in mutual respect and a shared vision of family and faith.
Modeste's professional life was marked by his dedication and expertise in the field of Information Technology. Since 2005, he was a valued member of Tata Consultancy, where he brought innovation and diligence to his work. His career was more than just a means of providing for his family; it was a passion, reflecting his commitment to excellence and his desire to contribute meaningfully to his community.
Beyond his professional achievements, Modeste was a pillar of his church community. His love for the word of God was evident in every aspect of his life. He was a devoted disciple, spreading the Gospel with a gentle spirit and an open heart. His faith was a guiding light, not only for himself but for everyone around him.
Modeste found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was walking in nature's embrace or delighting in Asian cuisine with his family. Modeste is survived by his beloved wife Jocelyne, his sons Emmanuel and Daniel, and his sister Carine. Their lives are forever enriched by his love, his teachings, and his unwavering support. Their kindness has touched the Kayemba family profoundly.
