A proud veteran, Mitchell served his country with honor and dignity in the military. His service to the nation was a testament to his courage and commitment, values that he carried into his everyday life. After completing his military service, Mitchell embarked on a fulfilling career at Miller’s Department Store. Mitchell's legacy is carried forward by his treasured daughter, Kristina Drew, who was the light of his life. The bond they shared was one of unwavering love and mutual respect.
