Milagros Santana Rodriguez

Milagros Rodriguez Santana, 78, of Lynn, peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on January 20, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Ramon Santana and Altagracia Rodriguez. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Milagros was one of eight children. She later moved to the United States where she worked hard to provide for her family. Milagros had a kind heart and passion for taking care of others, apart from raising her children, she worked as a home health aide. Milagros cherished her family, enjoyed spending time with friends, sharing conversations, and enjoying good meals. She will be remembered for her warm heart, hard work, and love for her family. Milagros will be dearly missed and is survived by her beloved children: Jose Taveras Santana and his wife; Rafael Santana; Jose Salazar and his wife, Maritz; and Esther Salazar. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Joselito, Aaliyah, Eleazar, Jonathan, Raquel, Bryan, Delilah, Joseph, Angellise, Daniel, Esther, Aubrey, and Ethan; as well as her great-grandchild, Nava. She also leaves behind her cherished siblings, Germania, Ramon, Santana, Joaquin, Arelis, Lourdes, and Michelle. Along with her parents, Milagros was predeceased by her beloved son, Ismael Taveras. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Solimine Funeral Home, 426 Broadway (Rt. 129), Lynn, MA. A funeral service will take place at 12:00 PM in the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Lynn, MA.
