Michelle was born on April 3, 1954, in Ogden, Utah, to Darrel Lee Roberts and Vivian Roberts. Growing up, she embraced the warmth of family and the beauty of music, learning to play the piano—a passion that would accompany her throughout her life. Her parents, Darrel and Vivian, predeceased her, but their loving legacy lived on in Michelle's spirited approach to life.
A woman of immense strength and resilience, Michelle faced life's challenges with unwavering courage and an infectious spirit. She was often described as the life of the party, bringing joy and laughter wherever she went. Her presence was a bright light, ensuring there was never a dull moment in the company of those she cherished.
Michelle's heart was filled with love for her family, who were her pride and joy. She leaves behind her beloved daughters, Natalie Gabaldon and Jennifer Gutierrez, who were the center of her world. Her grandchildren, Isaiah Sanderson, Brendan Sanders, and Guvanni Gutierrez, along with her great-grandchild, were the treasures of her heart. Michelle's sisters, Stephanie Denise and Melissa, also survive her, holding dear the countless memories they created together.
To celebrate Michelle's remarkable life, a memorial service will be held on May 28, 2026, at 10:00 PM at Wasatch Lawn's Memorial, located at 3401 Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106. Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of a woman whose zest for life and deep love for her family left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
The family wishes to extend a special message: "She will be greatly missed by her children, and the remembrance of all her wahoos. 'Hey good looking, what you got cooked in?' and 'Hubba hubba, zing zing, baby you got everything.'"
Michelle Gutierrez's legacy is one of love, laughter, and resilience. Her spirit will continue to inspire and her memory will forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched.
