Micheal was born on May 21, 1974, in Washington, D.C., to the blessed union of Arthur Lee and Chattie Thornton Landrum. Although his journey began in Washington, D.C., his heart and roots were deeply planted in Cuba, Alabama, where he spent much of his life. Micheal was a man whose warmth and kindness touched everyone he met. His gentle spirit and compassionate nature were evident in the way he lived his life and cared for his family. He was the cornerstone of his family, always placing their needs above his own and ensuring that love, support, and laughter were constants in their lives. He is survived by his devoted wife, Sharon Landrum, whose partnership with Micheal was a testament to enduring love and commitment. Together, they built a life filled with cherished memories and unwavering support for one another. Their love was a beacon of hope and strength for their entire family. Micheal's legacy lives on through his children, who were the pride and joy of his life. Adelia Landrum, residing in Washington, D.C., Micheal Landrum Jr. and his wife, Natalie, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Brianna Hannon, also of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, will continue to honor their father's memory by embodying the values he instilled in them: love, perseverance, and integrity. Micheal was also the proud grandfather of five grandchildren, who were the light of his life. He found immense joy in their laughter and was always eager to share in their adventures, offering guidance and wisdom whenever needed. Though he did not have the opportunity to meet any great-grandchildren, his influence will undoubtedly ripple through generations to come. The family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate Micheal's life and legacy. A service to honor his remarkable journey will be held on May 16, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Morning Star Cemetery, 4590 Dove Road, Cuba, AL. This will be a time to gather, share stories, and remember the extraordinary man who touched so many lives with his kindness and generosity.
