Michael was a man of simple pleasures, most at home in front of a television, cheering for his favorite team, the Dodgers. His enthusiasm for sports was infectious, often drawing friends and family together for game days filled with laughter and camaraderie. Known far and wide for his humor, Michael had the rare gift of lightening any room he entered with a joke, a smile, or a well-timed quip. He was the kind of person who, without fail, could make you see the brighter side of life, even when clouds gathered. Though he did not have children of his own, Michael cherished his family deeply. He leaves behind his loving siblings, Troy Blane, Ron Blane, Donna Banks, and Anna Golden. They will forever miss his warmth, his laughter, and his unwavering support. A service to honor and celebrate Michael’s life will be held on September 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the American Legion located at 6700 8th St, Rio Linda, CA 95673.
