Michael Scott Davis

March 29, 1988 — September 21, 2026

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Scott Davis, affectionately known as Scott, who left this world far too soon on September 21, 2026, as the result of a tragic accident at work. Born in Gulfport, Mississippi, on March 29, 1988, Scott's life, though brief, was filled with love, laughter, and dedication to his family and community. Scott was a devoted husband to Olivia Ann Davis and a nurturing father to his four beautiful children, Aubrey, Lilly, Waylon, and Wyatt. His family was the center of his universe, and he took every opportunity to create cherished memories with them, often through outdoor activities that brought them joy and closeness. Scott is survived by his parents, Michael Wayne and Donna Sharon Davis, grandparents, Aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved him. He is also survived by his loving siblings, Ashly DeBoard and Owen Adam Davis, with whom he shared an unbreakable bond. Scott's family was his pride and joy, and he showed his caring nature and unwavering dedication through his love for them. Scott graduated from Harrison Central High School in 2006. Went to work with his father-in-law in the asphalt business. He learned everything from him; they loved him like a son. Scott had an unparalleled gift for making everyone around him feel welcome and valued. His warm smile and generous spirit left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was the kind of person who could light up a room, and his kindness knew no bounds. Scott's love for his pets was something he cherished; he had many reptiles and others. He had a service to exhibit his reptiled knows as Scales and Tails. Children loved this about Scott. As we remember Scott, let us celebrate the love and joy he brought into the world. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his loved ones and the countless lives he touched. May his memory be a blessing to us all, and may he rest in peace, knowing that he was deeply loved.
