Michael was the beloved son of Vermell Washington and the late Joseph Glynn. He was a devoted father to his son, Quentin Glynn, whose life he enriched with love, wisdom, and his infectious sense of humor. Michael's family roots were deeply grounded, and he shared an unbreakable bond with his surviving mother, Vermell, and his brothers, Zachary and Jason Glynn.
Growing up in New York, Michael attended high school where he first discovered his passion for art and design. His creativity led him to further his education at the City University, where he pursued a career in graphic design. Michael's talent and dedication found a home at Color Edge, where he thrived as a Graphic Design Artist for several years. His work was more than a profession; it was his calling, and he poured his heart into every project, leaving behind a legacy of innovation and artistry.
Outside of his professional life, Michael had an indomitable spirit, fueled by his love for motorcycles and the joy he found in the company of family and friends. Whether cruising down an open road or sharing a meal with loved ones, Michael's zest for life was evident in every smile and laugh he shared.
Michael was a man known for his quick wit and warm smile, always armed with a joke to brighten anyone's day. Those who knew him will forever remember his strength, not just in overcoming life's challenges, but in the gentle way he supported others through theirs.
Preceded in death by his father, James Glynn, and his beloved aunts, Janie Gray and Gloria, Michael now rests in peace, leaving behind a family that will forever cherish his memory. His legacy endures in the stories, laughter, and love he imparted to all who crossed his path.
In accordance with his wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Michael's life. The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of one's choice in Michael's memory, celebrating his love for life and generosity of spirit.
