Mechelle G Pye

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mechelle G Pye, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend, who departed this life on August 31, 2026, after a courageous battle with an illness. Born on December 12, 1958, in Bartow, Florida, Mechelle was a beacon of love and strength to all who knew her. Mechelle was the beloved daughter of Eddie Gayden, Jr. and Johnnie Mae Gayden, both of whom predeceased her. She is also preceded in death by her cherished son, Christopher Michael Mack, her devoted partner, Clarence Mack. She leaves behind her loving children, Christina Mack and Christal Campbell. Mechelle's legacy is further carried on by her dear siblings, Angela Gayden and Vanessa Gayden, as well as a host of grandchildren and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts. A woman of remarkable kindness and unwavering faith, Mechelle was the heart of her family. She gave of herself freely, offering a listening ear, a caring heart, and words of encouragement to all who needed them. Her strength, wisdom, and deep love were a source of comfort and inspiration, and her greatest joy was found in the company of her family. Mechelle touched the lives of everyone blessed to know her, leaving an indelible mark of love and compassion. As we gather to celebrate the life of Mechelle G Pye, we invite family and friends to join us for a service on September 12, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Love Foundation Church, located at 118 East 11th Avenue, Havana, FL 32333. Her life will be honored in a place filled with the same warmth and love that she offered to others. Though Mechelle's earthly journey has come to an end, the love she shared and the memories she created will forever live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
