Born on September 25, 1996, in Pineville, Louisiana, Maurice was the cherished son of Shamika Cyphers and the late Frentroy Allen. Maurice, affectionately known as "Rah-Rah," was a beacon of love and determination. From a young age, he exhibited a fierce ambition to achieve his goals and improve the lives of those around him. This determination was evident in his work as a surveyor with Kiewit, where he was a respected and valued colleague. A proud alumnus of Mineral Wells High School, Maurice graduated on June 3, 2016. Maurice's enthusiasm for life extended to his hobbies, where he found joy in gaming, listening to music, watching anime, and upgrading his car. Known for his impeccable style, Maurice had an eye for fashion that left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Maurice shared a deep and enduring love with his fiancée, Alyssa Ruelas. Together, they built a beautiful life and family, blessed with five wonderful children: Uriah Delgado, Yumi Cyphers, Xyon Cyphers, Kamari Cyphers, and Kiyomi Cyphers. His greatest joy was being a devoted father, always striving to provide the best for his children and instilling in them the same values of ambition and love that he lived by.
