In Loving Memory

Mateo Pascal
July 16, 1980 — August 24, 2026
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Mateo Pascal, a beloved father, grandfather, and cherished member of our family. Mateo departed this world on August 24, 2026, at the age of 46, after valiantly battling liver cancer. He was a beacon of strength and resilience, traits he displayed throughout his life and during his illness, for which he received compassionate care at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center – Jefferson Health in Philadelphia.
Born on July 16, 1980, in Santiago de los Caballeros, R.D., Mateo was the treasured son of Argentina Valerio and Jose Pascal. His life was a testament to the values instilled in him by his loving parents—values of love, hard work, and dedication to family.
Mateo was the proud father of three wonderful children: Dariana, Jennifer, and Luis. He devoted his life to their happiness and well-being, instilling in them the same virtues he held dear. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, Emma and Enzo, who brought immense joy and laughter into his life.
A private ceremony to honor Mateo's life will be held on August 26, 2026, at 10:30 AM in Castañuelas, Monte Cristi. While the service is private, the family appreciates the love and support extended by friends and loved ones during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Mateo's memory to support cancer research, a cause close to his heart.
Mateo's life was a beautiful journey that touched many. Though he will be deeply missed, his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
