Mary Parker

March 14, 1934 — May 19, 2025

It is with deep sadness and profound respect that we announce the passing of Mary Parker, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, who left this world on May 19, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on March 14, 1934, in the United States, Mary was the cherished daughter of Shawn and Leo. Mary was a woman of remarkable strength and grace, known for her unwavering love and devotion to her family. She shared a beautiful life with her husband, Mark Parker, to whom she was married for over six decades. Their bond was an inspiring testament to love enduring through life's many challenges, including Mark's own battle with cancer. Mark passed away earlier this year on March 14, 2023, but their love story continues as they are now reunited in eternal rest. Mary was predeceased by her beloved daughter, Becky Parker, whose memory she cherished deeply. She is survived by her son, Charles Parker, who carries forward her legacy of kindness and compassion. Throughout her life, Mary faced her own journey with cancer with the same courage and dignity that she brought to every aspect of her life. Her resilience and strength were a source of inspiration to all who knew her. Mary was a guiding light, offering warmth, wisdom, and an open heart to everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. A service to celebrate Mary's life will be held on May 29, 2025, at 10:49 a.m. at WestonMckenzie. Family, friends, and all whose lives Mary touched are invited to gather in her memory and honor her extraordinary life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, as a way to continue Mary's legacy of compassion and generosity. Mary's family shares a special message, reflecting on the profound connection she shared with Mark: "She knew that her husband, Mark Parker, when he had cancer, she knew that his day was coming soon when he went to heaven, and he told her before he died that he will see her again. He knew that she had cancer and he could see it through her and he knew that God has a special plan for her so he left her up and took her to heaven on May 19, 2025. I got to see my wife again thank you Jesus." Mary Parker will be dearly missed, but her spirit and love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love and light she so generously shared in her time with us.
