She was predeceased by her loving parents, Leora Smith Mack and O. D. Mack Sr.; her cherished son, Derrick Dywane Stemley; and her siblings, Pearli Mae White (Walter), Hardy C. Mack (Diana), Robert Lee Mack, O. D. Mack Jr. (Joyce), and Willie Earl Mack (Willie Jean).
