In Loving Memory

Mary Lou (Wcislo) Aramburu
August 19, 1953 — September 4, 2026
Mary Lou, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on September 4, 2026. Born on August 19, 1953, in Chicago, IL, to Stanley and Adeline Wcislo, Mary Lou was a beacon of light and kindness to everyone she encountered.
Mary Lou spent her life dedicated to her family, always nurturing and supporting her children and grandchildren with unwavering love and pride. Her laughter, warmth, and generosity were unmatched, and she had a special ability to make newcomers feel immediately at home. Her home was a haven of comfort and joy, filled with the sweet sound of laughter and music.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Barry Aramburu, and her cherished children: Jeffrey Napadow, Eric Napadow and his wife Donna Maziarz, Kevin Napadow and his wife Jessica Grabowski, Kelly Aramburu, and Barry Aramburu Jr. She is also survived by her beloved brother, Frank Wcislo, with whom she shared a special bond and a lifetime of cherished memories. Her loving spirit lives on in her ten grandchildren: Marissa Napadow, Nicholas Napadow, Cari Napadow, Matthew Napadow, Thomas Maziarz, Chloe Napadow, Zachary Napadow, Isabel Aramburu, Faith Aramburu, and Wyatt Aramburu, who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.
Mary Lou had an insatiable love for life, always active and vibrant. She adored walking and spending time with her family and friends, often found with a book in hand, immersed in the pages of a great novel. Her joy extended to the sidelines of her grandchildren's sports and activities, where she cheered them on with great enthusiasm and pride.
Her love for dancing and music was infectious, and she was often the first to start the dance and the last to leave the floor. Her competitive spirit and sharp wit brought laughter and joy to every gathering, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her dear parents, Stanley and Adeline Wcislo, whose values of love and compassion she embodied throughout her life.
Mary Lou's legacy of love and laughter will be carried on by her family, who will continue to celebrate her life and the countless joyful memories she created. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice, reflecting Mary Lou's generous spirit and her lifelong commitment to helping others.
While she may no longer be with us, Mary Lou's light continues to shine brightly in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her legacy is one of love, humor, and a life well-lived.
