Mary Frances "Faith" Loschiavo

March 20, 1941 — June 14, 2026

It is with profound sadness and love that we announce the passing of Mary Frances "Faith" Loschiavo, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on June 14, 2026, at the age of 85. Faith was surrounded by her cherished family in the comforting embrace of Legacy Living in Florence, KY, as she embarked on her final journey. Born on March 20, 1941, to the late Marianne "Murny" and Herby Wendling, Faith was a beacon of warmth and kindness to everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was a proud graduate of Holy Cross High School in Latonia, KY, where she began to cultivate the gifts of compassion and hospitality that would define her life. Faith was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Anthony A. Loschiavo, and her dear children, Regina Renee, Ryan, Brad, Tony, and Joe Loschiavo. Despite these profound losses, she found strength and purpose in her surviving family: her children, Andy Loschiavo (Lori), Tommy Loschiavo, Gina Harmon (Phil), Luke Loschiavo (Amy), Brent Loschiavo (Billie), Ethan Loschiavo (Jenny), and Angela Loschiavo. She also leaves behind her siblings, Melody Dacey (Jim, deceased), Randi Dacey (Mike), Mark "Herby" Wendling (Janice), Mike Wendling, and Shelly Devoto (Joe). Faith's legacy is carried forward by a large and loving family that includes 40 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and a growing number of great-great-grandchildren. She was adored by her numerous nieces, nephews, and a vast network of friends who became family through the years. Known for her warm and welcoming nature, Faith had a gift for making her home a place of refuge and joy for everyone who entered. Her kindness extended beyond her family to the community, where she was revered for her generosity and open-hearted spirit. Her home was always filled with laughter, love, and the aroma of homemade meals shared with loved ones. Her family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the exceptional caregivers and staff at Legacy Living for their devoted care and compassion during Faith's final days. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held to celebrate Faith's life on June 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM at St. Pius X Church, located at 348 Dudley Road, Edgewood, KY 41017. Friends and family are invited to honor her memory and celebrate the remarkable life she led. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Faith's memory to St. Pius X Church or the Alzheimer's Association, organizations that were dear to her heart. As we say goodbye to Faith, we hold fast to the love and lessons she imparted during her time with us. Her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, and her memory will forever be cherished in the hearts of all who loved her.
