Mary Elizabeth Phifer ( Packard )

In loving remembrance, we announce the peaceful passing of Mary Elizabeth Phifer (Packard), who departed this world surrounded by the warmth and love of her family and friends on March 31, 2026. Born on January 25, 1972, in Niskayuna, New York, Mary was a beacon of kindness and love, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary was a cherished daughter of the late Allen D. Packard Jr. and Judith Dyson Packard, She is survived by her son, Jeffrey John Pedersen Jr., and her Brothers Allen David Packard III, and John "JD"( Caroline Pingelski )Packard , Mary was also blessed with a loving stepmother, Terry Packard, who played a significant role in her life. Family and friends were the cornerstones of Mary’s world, and she nurtured these relationships with an open heart and welcoming spirit. Her close friends, Shannon Horn and Mike Nicholson, were like family to her, sharing countless moments of laughter and support over the years. A lover of animals, Mary’s home was always filled with the joy and companionship of her beloved pets. Her passion for animals was a testament to her nurturing nature, and she found great fulfillment in caring for them. Her love for animals extended beyond her home, and in her memory, the family requests that donations be made to Fairytail Endings in Port Charlotte Florida, an organization dear to Mary’s heart. Mary’s life was a testament to the power of love, kindness, and the bonds of family and friendship. Her gentle spirit and generous heart left an indelible mark on everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of warmth and compassion will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. As we bid farewell to Mary, we remember her love and kindness touched all who crossed her path. May her soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory be a blessing to all who knew her.
