It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Beth Cutshall, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, on July 13, 2026. Born on October 4, 1965, Mary spent her 60 years on Earth as a testament to strength, resilience, and love. Her journey was marked by her courageous battle with chronic heart disease, a challenge she faced with unwavering fortitude and grace after a childhood infection. Despite enduring three open-heart surgeries and numerous hospitalizations, Mary remained a beacon of hope and determination, inspiring all who knew her.
Mary is survived by her devoted husband, Robert Cutshall, whose life was a profound testament to their deep and unwavering love. Robert's commitment to Mary knew no bounds, as he dedicated himself to ensuring her happiness and fulfilling her dreams, often going to great lengths to bring a smile to her face. Their love was truly extraordinary and will forever be cherished by all who witnessed it.
She leaves behind her cherished children, daughter Jessica Williams and son Lucas Rathbun, who were her pride and joy. Mary is also survived by her supportive mother-in-law, Sharon Cutshall; her brother-in-law Bill and his wife Alliisha Cutshall; and her sister-in-law Cheryl. Mary's career was defined by her compassion and dedication to helping others. She began her working life at a toy store, then transitioned to a cable company, and later worked with Delta Fire. However, it was her time at various homeless shelters where she truly shined. Her unwavering commitment to aiding those in need was a testament to her generous spirit and selflessness.
Outside of work, Mary found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was an avid camper who cherished time spent on the beaches, relishing in the beauty of sunsets. Her love for music was a constant companion, and she found solace in the art of crocheting and the nurturing of her garden.
