Mary Anne Mahaffey, affectionately known as Rose to her family and friends, was born on November 5, 1950, in Warminster, Pennsylvania. She peacefully departed this world on September 1, 2026, after facing several health complications, and is now reunited with her beloved husband, Ronald Mahaffey, who passed away during the Covid pandemic. Their unwavering love was an inspiration to all who knew them, and their marriage was a testament to their deep commitment, spanning an incredible 57 years. Born to John and Mary Kwiatakski, Rose was a beacon of warmth and humor, always ready with a joke or a listening ear. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness, joy, and dedication. As an avid reader with a keen interest in modern politics and world events, she was a woman of great intellect and curiosity. Her personable nature allowed her to connect deeply with those around her, whether it was through her love of rock music or her cherished time spent with family. Rose was a devoted mother to Karen, Ronnie, and Kimberly, and a loving grandmother to seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She created a warm and nurturing home, filled with laughter and love. Her family was her greatest joy, and she poured her heart into every moment spent with them. Her legacy of love and togetherness will be carried on by her children, grandchildren, and the countless friends and family who were touched by her spirit. In addition to her immediate family, Rose was predeceased by her siblings Michael, Johnny, and Beeky, who are fondly remembered alongside her. Her family would like to express their deepest gratitude to everyone who supported and celebrated Rose’s life, extending special thanks for respecting their privacy during this time of mourning. A private funeral ceremony will be held at Raffeo-Dicecco Memorial Home, in Norristown, Pennsylvania, on Sunday, September 6th, 2026, to honor her life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Rose’s memory to a charity of your choice. As we remember the life of Mary Anne Mahaffey, let us celebrate the joy she brought to our lives and the lasting impact she has left on our hearts. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
