In Loving Memory of Marques A. Robinson It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marques A. Robinson, who left this world on March 13, 2026, at the age of 33. Marques was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend, and his departure leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of all who knew him. Born on August 27, 1992, in the warm embrace of San Bernardino, California, Marques was the cherished son of Mark Anthony Robinson and Benn’e Howland Robinson. From a young age, Marques exhibited a zest for life and an innate kindness that would define his character throughout his years. He was a beacon of light to his family, including his sister Karceletta Brunier, brothers Carson Brunier and Anthony McClain, and his grandparents, Geraldine F. Robinson and Anthony G. Robinson. He was also a dear nephew to Ramsey Robinson, Robert Hubbard, Ann Mitchell, Mable Smith, Pennie Howland, and Patricia Blair. Marques grew up in a loving and supportive family environment, surrounded by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other family and friends who enriched his life and whose lives he enriched in return. He carried the values of love, kindness, and perseverance instilled in him by his family into every aspect of his life. Marques graduated from Stockbridge High School in 2010, where he was known for his dedication and determination. His thirst for knowledge led him to further his education at Fort Valley State College and Georgia Southern College, where he continued to develop his passion for learning and personal growth. Beyond academics, Marques had a profound love for sports. His heart beat for the Los Angeles Lakers, and he could often be found cheering passionately for the Raiders and the LA Dodgers. Whether on the court or in the stands, his enthusiasm was infectious, and his spirit of camaraderie was a testament to his love for connecting with others. Marques's life will be celebrated on March 27, 2026, with a service at 11:30 AM at C.P. Bannon Mortuary, located at 6800 International Blvd, Oakland, CA 94621. We invite all who knew and loved Marques to join us in honoring his life and legacy.
