MARK FERGUNSON

Mark Fergunson, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on September 12, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on April 10, 1954, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, Mark was the beloved son of Sebastian and Maria Fergunson. Mark grew up in Allentown, where he developed a love for engineering and community service. He attended Lincoln High School, where he excelled academically and formed lasting friendships. After completing his education, Mark pursued a career as a mechanical engineer, dedicating 35 years of his life to this field. His colleagues remember him as a brilliant mind, a patient mentor, and a true innovator who was passionate about his work. In 1975, on February 17, Mark married the love of his life, Candida Fergunson. Their marriage, which spanned over 50 years, was a testament to their unwavering love and commitment to each other. Together, they built a beautiful family, raising three children: Mark Fergunson, Antonio Fergunson, and Candida Fergundon. Mark was a devoted and proud father, always supporting his children in their endeavors. He was also a doting grandfather to his six grandchildren, who brought immense joy to his life. Mark was a dedicated member of the First Pentecostal Church for 32 years, where he actively participated in various community activities and outreach programs. His faith was a guiding force in his life, and he found great fulfillment in serving others. In his memory, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, located in Dallas, Texas, EIN 13-5613797. This organization held a special place in Mark's heart, and supporting it would be a fitting tribute to his generous spirit and commitment to helping others. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Mark's life, attended by close family and friends. As we remember Mark, we celebrate a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and an unyielding devotion to his family, faith, and community. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
