Mark Allen Matthews

Mark Allen Matthews passed away on August 16th, 2026, at the age of 62. Mark was born on October 21, 1964, in Franklin, Pennsylvania. He lived in Hampton Ga. prior to being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. His final wish was to spend his final days with his children and family. His final whishes were made possible by his children and family members. His presence in the lives of others will be deeply missed, and his memory will be cherished by all who loved him. He is survived by his children, Heather Matthews, Cody Matthews, Kayla Matthews, and Amanda Matthews, all of Franklin, as well as several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He is also survived by his brothers, Ron Matthews and his wife Becky, of Franklin, Pennsylvania; Mike Matthews of Franklin, Pennsylvania; and Gary Matthews and his wife Cheri of Atlanta, Georgia; and by his sister, Karen Wood of Franklin, Pennsylvania. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Jay and Estella Matthews of Franklin, Pennsylvania.
