October 9, 1977 — April 3, 2026

It is with profound sorrow and a heavy heart that the family of Marion Sherman Jr., fondly known as Bobo, announces his passing on April 3, 2026, at the age of 48. Marion left this world peacefully following complications from a stroke, leaving behind a tapestry of memories that will be cherished by those who knew and loved him. Born on October 9, 1977, Marion's journey through life was marked by his indomitable spirit and the warmth he brought to those around him. Though the details of his early family life remain unknown, Marion carved out a unique path that touched the hearts of many. He is survived by his loving wife and their two children, along with three stepchildren who held a special place in his heart. They, along with his extended family, will forever cherish the moments shared with him. Marion's educational journey began at Wilkerson County High School, where he graduated with fond memories and friendships that lasted a lifetime. He further pursued his education at Albany College, where his ambitions led him, although he chose to leave before completing his studies. Marion's career was one of dedication and hard work. As an owner-operator, he took pride in his work, later joining the team at Karmin in 2024, where he was valued for his commitment and integrity. Marion was a man of many facets, known for his humor and the stories he shared with friends and family. While he was a member of some less traditional organizations, like the ones humorously remembered as 'being a hoe, liar, and coward,' those who knew him best remember his genuine laughter and the way he could light up a room with his presence. Despite the colorful way he sometimes presented himself, Marion had a penchant for storytelling, often weaving tales that brought smiles and laughter to those around him. His honesty about his imperfections made him relatable and real, a testament to the human experience. His family invites those who wish to celebrate Marion's life to join them on April 11, 2026, at 12:30 PM at the humorously dubbed "Hell hole," located at 911 Hell. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you hold your fondest memories of Marion in your heart and share them with others. Marion Sherman Jr., Bobo to those who loved him most, may have been a man of contradictions, but above all, he was a man who left a lasting impact on everyone he met. His legacy is one of laughter, love, and the reminder that life, with all its imperfections, is a journey worth embracing. Rest in peace, Bobo. Your story will continue to be told, and your laughter will echo in the hearts of those who knew you.
