MARIA ROSARIO TORRES

Maria Rosario Torres, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully in her home on September 10, 2026. Born on October 22, 1937, in Mexico, Maria lived a life full of love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family. Maria is preceded in death by her loving husband, Enrique Torres, and her children, Jose Angel Torres, Alina Torres, and Estrella Perez. She is also reunited with her brothers, Humberto Valdez and Jr. Salas. Despite the profound loss of her beloved family members, Maria carried on with resilience and grace, embodying the true spirit of strength and hope. Maria's life was a testament to the power of love and family. Surviving family members including her brothers, Jose Luis Valdez, Ruben Salas and her son, Juan Torres remember her as a nurturing and caring presence. Maria's kitchen was the heart of her home, where she shared not only meals but laughter, stories, and the wisdom of a lifetime. She was very devoted to her grandchildren Crystal, Nichole, Joey, Ramon, Corey and Drew along with her Great grandchildren Alina, Jett, Axel, Stevie Rose, Ruby, Cameren, Christian and Cruz. Maria found joy in the simple pleasures of life such as gardening, collecting angels and shopping. Her gentle spirit and compassionate heart left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy is one of profound love, resilience, and dedication to those she held dear. Maria's family extends their deepest gratitude to all who have offered their love and support during this difficult time. As we say our goodbyes, we celebrate the life of Maria Rosario Torres and the love she shared with us all.
