Maria Pimentel

Maria Aracely Pimentel peacefully passed at the age of 59, surrounded by her loving family in her last moments. Maria will be lovingly remembered by her children Gladys Rodriguez, Dennis Rodriguez, Luis Fino; grandchildren, Ayanna Rodriguez, Soraya White, Maya Lombard, Issabella Rodriguez, Alyssa Rodriguez; one great-grandchild Javier Potlongo; siblings, Gladys Aleman, Amparo Toftly, Aida Bonilla, Edgar Aleman (deceased), Rudy Avila; as well as numerous family members and friends. Maria loved to garden, her plants would always thrive. Her phone would be full of picture of her beautiful flowers and plant that she grew. Her favorite were roses and sunflowers. She had a palate for simple and comforting foods like watermelon, mangos and papaya similar to the fruit that grew in Guatemala, her birthplace. She loved her family very much and held a deep affection for spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchild. The roles she cherished the most were those of a mother, a grandmother and especially a great- grandmother. "En el jardín de la vida, no hay flor más bella que una abuelita." A beautiful soul who cared deeply and believed in God with continuous worship and prayer.
