It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Galvan Muniz, who peacefully departed this life on July 24, 2026, at the age of 65, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on August 11, 1960, in Mexico, Maria lived a life rich in love, dedication, and grace, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. Maria was a woman of remarkable strength, kindness, and compassion. Her beautiful smile could brighten any room, and her warm heart welcomed everyone she met. Her unwavering love for her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she dedicated herself wholly to caring for those she loved most. Known for her generosity and gentle spirit, Maria brought joy and warmth into the lives of many. Her family, including her beloved sons Felipe, Julio, Noah, Daniel, and Marco Muñiz, along with 13 cherished grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, were the center of her world. They, along with countless friends, will forever remember the happiness she found in life's simple moments—sharing laughter, creating lasting memories, and appreciating the beauty around her. Maria is predeceased by her family members Felipe, Julio, Noah, Daniel, and Marco Muniz, who now welcome her into eternal peace. Though her physical presence is no longer with us, her love and the memories she created will remain in our hearts forever. Maria’s legacy of love, resilience, and grace will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to a cause that was dear to her heart. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Maria’s life and legacy, celebrating the profound impact she had on her family and friends. As we say goodbye, we hold dearly the message that Maria lived by: “Those we love don’t go away.
