Maria Fernanda Juarez

October 3, 1969 — May 18, 2026

It is with profound sadness and a deep sense of loss that we announce the passing of our beloved Maria Fernanda Juarez, a cherished mother, grandmother, and friend. Maria left this world peacefully on May 18, 2026, at the age of 56. Her journey began in Carlsbad, New Mexico, where she was born to Jose and Araceli Garcia on October 3, 1969. Maria was a beacon of warmth and kindness, whose loving spirit touched all who knew her. Over the years, she cultivated a life rich in love, family, and enduring friendships. Her heart was as vast as her garden, where she spent many joyful hours nurturing her plants, finding peace and beauty in the simple act of gardening. Her garden was a testament to her nurturing spirit, a place where life blossomed under her care, much like the relationships she so deeply cherished. Maria's greatest joy in life was her family. She took immense pride in her role as a mother to her treasured daughters, Esmeralda Jimenez and Flora Rodriguez. Her legacy of love continues to flourish through her three grandchildren, who were the light of her life, and her two great-grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy and laughter. Maria's career was marked by her dedication and work ethic, though her true vocation was the love and care she gave to her family. Her home was always open, her smile ever-present, and her heart always ready to embrace those in need of comfort and warmth. Maria will be remembered for her warm-hearted nature and her unwavering capacity to love. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness and the beauty of a heart that always had room for one more. Her legacy is one of love, compassion, and an unyielding dedication to her family. A service to celebrate Maria's remarkable life will be held on May 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church. We invite all who knew and loved Maria to join us in remembering the incredible woman she was and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. In our sadness, we find solace in knowing that Maria’s spirit lives on in the lives she touched, the family she cherished, and the garden that will continue to bloom in her absence. Rest in peace, dear Maria, knowing you will forever be loved and never forgotten.
