Maria passed away peacefully at her residence, surrounded by the love and warmth of her family.
Maria was born on May 13, 1970, in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California, to Maria Gloria Espinoza and Jose Espinoza. She grew up in a loving home filled with laughter and the kind of warmth that only a closely-knit family can provide. Her parents instilled in her the values of compassion, resilience, and generosity—qualities that she carried with her throughout her life.
Maria was predeceased by her cherished parents, Maria Gloria and Jose, as well as her beloved siblings, Gilbert and Jackie Espinoza. Her family takes solace in knowing that she is now reunited with them, embraced in their eternal love.
Maria leaves behind a legacy of love through her children and her four treasured grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She dedicated herself wholeheartedly to her family, always offering guidance, support, and unconditional love. Her home was a sanctuary where everyone felt welcomed, and her laughter was a melody that brightened the days of all who knew her.
She was a pillar in her community, always ready to extend a helping hand to those in need. Her acts of kindness and her unwavering spirit left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to have crossed her path. Maria was more than a friend; she was a confidante and a guiding light.
A service to celebrate Maria’s life will be held on July 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Foothill Funeral & Cremation, located at 2400 N. Fair Oaks Avenue, Altadena, CA. Family, friends, and all whose lives Maria touched are warmly invited to join us in honoring her memory.
