It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Bolin Norris, who departed this world on September 17, 2026, at Mercy Hospital. Born on January 4, 1954, Margaret was a beacon of love, kindness, and unwavering strength, cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Margaret was a devoted wife to her beloved husband, Phill, with whom she shared a life filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Together, they built a home and nurtured a family that became her greatest pride and joy. She was a nurturing and loving mother to her children, Jason, Holly, and Shandra. Her guidance, wisdom, and unconditional support formed the foundation upon which her children grew and thrived. Margaret's nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she embraced her role as a grandmother with immense joy. Her numerous grandchildren were the light of her life, and she took immense delight in their laughter and triumphs. Margaret is preceded in death by her cherished mother, Juanita Bolin, her beloved daughter, April, and her dear siblings, Richard and Sarah. Though their absence left a void in her heart, Margaret carried on with grace and resilience, embodying the strength of spirit that she inherited from her mother, and that she imparted to those she leaves behind. Her surviving siblings, Clarence, Viola, Geraldine, Robert, Danny, Frankie, David, and Kenny, remember her as a pillar of strength and a source of comfort and joy. Margaret's close-knit family was a testament to the love and unity that she fostered throughout her life, and her siblings were her lifelong companions and confidants. Margaret lived a life characterized by compassion and service. Her kindness was felt by all who crossed her path, and her legacy of generosity and empathy will endure in the hearts of those she touched. Her community will remember her as a woman of great character, whose warmth and kindness extended to all she met. A private ceremony will be held to honor and celebrate Margaret's life.
