It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Marc Nadeau, a beloved son, brother, and uncle, who left us unexpectedly on August 17, 2026, at the age of 54, following a tragic fall. Marc was born on May 14, 1972, in Bristol, Connecticut, and spent his life bringing joy and laughter to those fortunate enough to know him. Marc was the cherished son of Kathleen Nadeau and the late William Nadeau, who predeceased him and with whom he now reunites in peace. He is survived by his devoted mother, Kathleen, his loving sister, Elizabeth Nadeau, and his adored nephew, Gabriel Cosgrove. Marc's family was the cornerstone of his life, and he treasured every moment he spent with them. From a young age, Marc developed a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures in life. An avid fisherman, he found solace and relaxation by the water, casting his line and enjoying the serenity of nature. Marc was also a spirited competitor at the Bingo tables and had a keen eye for completing intricate puzzles. These hobbies reflected his patience and his love for moments of quiet contemplation. Marc was renowned for his quick wit and infectious warm smile, which could light up any room. He had an extraordinary ability to bring laughter into the lives of those around him, always ready with a joke or a humorous anecdote. His humor was a testament to his generous spirit and his desire to make the world a brighter place. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Marc's memory, honoring his giving nature and his commitment to helping others.
