Marc E. Auger

Marc E. Auger, born on October 14, 1968, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, peacefully departed this world on August 27, 2026. Marc was the son of the late Raymond and Margaret(Decoteau)Auger. Known for his warm smile and thoughtful demeanor. A graduate of Greater Lawrence Technical School, Marc pursued an education in the electrical program before deciding to serve his country with honor and distinction. He spent four years in the Army, dedicating himself to communications, before transitioning to a career in investment. His work ethic and commitment were evident in the various roles he held, including positions at Papa Gino’s and within the investment sector. Marc's love for music and sports, particularly his devotion to the Red Sox and the Patriots, brought joy to his life and to those around him. He is survived by his loving partner, Barbara Lajoie. Marc also leaves behind his sister Mary Auger-El Khoury and her husband, Frank St Pierre of Salem, NH; his brothers Matthew Auger and his wife Lisa of Atkinson, NH, and Michael Auger and his wife Dana Moon of Richmond, MO. His nieces and nephews, Kelsey White, George and Christina El Khoury, Matthew Jr, Dante, and Ryan Auger, as well as his uncles, cousins, especially his cousins from the Dunn family. A private funeral ceremony will be held to celebrate his life. Those who wish to commemorate his memory are invited to make a donation to their Local Veterans Association.
