June 27, 1957 — May 30, 2026

In Loving Memory of Manuela Martinez It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Manuela Martinez, who left this world peacefully on May 30, 2026, at Chandler Regional Hospital, surrounded by her devoted family and friends. Her journey ended after a courageous battle with congestive heart failure, but her spirit will forever remain in our hearts. Manuela was born on June 27, 1957, in the warm embrace of Chandler, Arizona, to Catalina and Lupe Rodriguez. She grew up in a close-knit family, where the values of love, resilience, and compassion were deeply instilled. Manuela carried these values throughout her life, touching the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. A beacon of kindness and strength, Manuela was predeceased by her cherished mother, Catalina Rodriguez. Her legacy, however, continues to shine brightly through her surviving family: her devoted husband, Fernando Martinez, and their children who were the pride and joy of her life—Albert, Maria, Fernando Jr., Veronica, Roxanne, Delores, Lisa, Daniel, Angelica, Jose, and Mario Martinez. Each of them carries a piece of her heart, living testaments to the love she so freely gave. Manuela was a woman of many talents and interests. Her culinary skills were unmatched, and her kitchen was often filled with the aroma of homemade meals that brought everyone together. Her laughter was infectious, and she had an extraordinary ability to make anyone feel welcomed and loved. She was a storyteller, a keeper of family history, and her stories will be cherished for generations to come. Her compassion extended beyond her family, as she was actively involved in her community, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Manuela’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and unwavering faith. In honor of Manuela's wishes, a private ceremony will be held to celebrate her life, where her family will gather to remember the beautiful memories they shared and the indelible mark she left on their hearts. As we bid farewell to a remarkable woman, let us remember Manuela Martinez not with sadness, but with gratitude for the love she shared and the lives she touched. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of her family and friends, and her memory will be cherished forever. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love she so generously gave.
